And then there's the basics, Yahoo Sports, ESPN, CBSSportsline, etc. But is there a site out there that focuses strictly on fantasy baseball and nothing else? Fantasy Baseball Ranks & Prejudices.. a couple of player questions? How is Miguel Cabrera's fantasy stock declining from last year, when he's just been thrown into the middle of one of the premier lineups in all of baseball? (He's been going as low as 13th to 15th pick overall in mock drafts for 2008) Why is Albert Pujols not getting the nod over a player like Reyes? I understand HanRam's potential to be #2, but Reyes has ONLY the speed @ this point in his career. Anyone? Yes i know, Stolen Bases, Runs, etc. That's not enough for me when players like HamRam, ARod and Pujols offer more stat category dominance. Don't get me wrong, Reyes is huge impact.. What is the difference between O-Rank and Rank in Yahoo fantasy baseball?

How do you sort weekly totals by rank for fantasy baseball that are in numerical order?? When i click to sort by rank under weekly totals it keeps lining them up in the season total rank order, its really starting to make me mad. its a head to head league, i think it worked right the first week but not since, it worked right last few years too its yahoo, its rank not o-rank. It is a problem with yahoo. When you click to sort by rank for the season it puts them in order, when it is changed to week and this is done, yahoo places the players in the exact same order as the season rank. This makes the weeks rankings all over the place (for example lets say we have pujols wells and hafner, in that order are 1, 10, 12. when i change to last week total and organize by rank it puts pujols fist then wells and hafner but their week ranks are 226, 62, 56) Where can I report this problem to yahoo?

In Yahoo Fantasy Baseball, what is the new feature "Player Ranker"? Under My Team/Extras there is a new feature next to "Ranks" and "Opponents" called "Player Ranker". If features two sub-divisions: "Overall Rank" and "Voting %". Obviously "Overall Rank" is the O-rank but what is "Voting %" and how do I vote? Yahoo's Fantasy Baseball page says it is a one-on-one comparison that is similar to their "Sit-or-Start" feature in Fantasy Football, but it doesn't explain it at all besides that. How do you evaluate trades in your Yahoo! Fantasy Baseball league? It seems most people only look at the Y! rankings. (Also called the O Rank.) Sure they sort it to see what the player has done in the past month and week, but I would guess most owners don't look at the stats, but rather the rank for the time period. What's the fascination with this? Is it because they're lazy and looking for an instant answer? Any trade (if you're trying to improve your team) has to be judged on whether it improves your weaknesses without hurting a strength too much, right? Just to let you all know: If you have custom scoring, those rankings are not adjusted for your league, and they don't weigh a players position at all. OF's are judged on the same scale as SP's; 2B's on the same as 1B, etc. If you know anything about baseball you know how different the talent pool is at each position. Any ranking system that doesn't account for the position a player plays is garbage.
