What does a high school baseball manager actually do?
The baseball coach at my school recently approached me and has asked me to manage the baseball team. I am a huge sports fan and know the game inside an out, but don't know that a manager actually would do at the high school level.

- Keep the stat book
- stats equipment and basiclly just help the team do stuff. U must be pretty good looking b/c our bat girls and managers were always really good looking when i was in High School. Basicly mostly what u do is flirt w/ baseball players all day.
- A high school team manager is in charge of stats, uniforms, keeping track of the number of pitches.
- the manager on h. s. baseball team. keeps the official score.
- get juiceboxes
- Our manager kept the scorebook and made sure we had a huge bag of sunflower seeds. She was great. We couldn't have done it without her...... not that we did anything....but still.
- be the coaches bitch.... do all the dirty work like carry equipment.... stat book etc
- You would basically be a gofer. In particular, you would be responsible for making sure the equipment is ready for road trips, ensuring there is a properly stocked first aid kit at games, ensure the players have adequate water, keep the score book, and call scores and highlights in to the local newspaper.
