- why do you want to drop them? If their that good thar their on that list, then keep them. Put on on the DL if need be, but play out the season. It's only May. There is still 4 months left in the season. Most power guys come on in the summer months and finish strong. Pitches tend to do the best in warm weather also. Play out the season. Work on some more trades. It's all about give and take. Names don't aways matter in trades, it's all about stats. Look at stats from last year and this year. Also look at at bats from last year and this year.
- Don't follow the crowd. Do what you think is right. There's a lot of time left in the season.
- its early in the year. hold onto guys who are underperforming and see what they do. either that or take a chance on some prospects from the waiver wire. do some research on players who usually do good in the second half and maybe you can make a lopsided trade or two.
- I can't tell you without seeing the team. A lot of really good players are off to miserable starts. So you got to hold on to them. Depends on who you got man.
